Almond and chocolate cookies are special at breakfast and snack time, easy to make and with the special taste of almond oil! Also great for giving as gifts.
Procedure:
Crack the egg, mix and add the sugar. Still stirring, add the almond oil, chocolate chips, baking powder, vanillin and finally the flour. When the dough is well mixed, knead a little by hand with a little 00 flour. The dough is ready when it is firm and not sticky. Form into a ball cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After the 20 minutes with a little 00 flour roll out with a rolling pin and form a sheet of about 5 mm and with a pastry cup or glass (small diameter) form many circles and in each circle raise the dough a little so as to create the drop shape. With the uncut dough roll out again and make circles until you run out of dough.
Once completed, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the cookies and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes (ventilated oven) , at 190°C for 20 minutes (static oven).

Arrange them spaced out, inside two or more baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180° for about 15 minutes. Cracks should have formed along their surface. Allow the soft orange cookies to cool completely before serving.

Roll out the dough and with a stencil give the desired shape to the cookies.
Bake them for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°. Take out of the oven and as soon as they cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
